Jettine is a top-notch character who always delivers an exciting adventure. I love the imagination that the author uses in these stories and I am totally wrapped up in the mystery as it unfolds. This is the best — multiple suspects in Jett’s mansion who all could be the guilty party. I kept trying to figure it out but changed my mind several times. I am going to read it again just to enjoy the characters, and now I know the outcome I can watch it all develop and know who the “bad guy” really is. I will be anxiously waiting for the next episode!

Dead Ends is another winner for S.L. Menear. Her readers will no doubt be thrilled by the twists and turns she creates throughout the book. Her writing is quick and interesting and is never diluted with fluff. Her protagonist, Jett, is just the investigator you’d want to track down a killer – or killers. The ending was very satisfying, and I look forward to reading her next killer mystery.

Set on a fictional Palm Beach Island, Jett is hosting an annual Murder Mystery Fest, attended by some of the World’s richest and most influential patrons. But murder and mayhem seem to follow Jett wherever she goes, and as the conference begins, guests start dying. Someone is killing them off, one by one, in the best tradition of Christie’s Ten Little Indians. The novel is filled with action and twists as each suspected villain proves innocent by being the next victim, all leading to a stunning and unexpected climax.
This is a wonderful addition to the Jett Jorgensen series, highly recommended, as are all the others by this talented author. I purchased this book as a fan of this author.
